Atari game cartridge display cases are being created as part of a research team focused on Human Centered Design & Engineering at the University of Washington: Atari Women (www.atariwomen.org).\r\n\r\nThe design is intended to honor the often-untold stories of pioneering female Atari game designers and programmers by showcasing games signed directly by their creators, while also allowing viewers to engage with the artifact. By highlighting these overlooked narratives, the Atari Women project seeks to reframe the conversation around women in STEM fields.
