3 Cube Calibration

3 Cube Calibration

I have multiple calibration cubes available, each with distinct sizes as indicated by the files. Yes, there are several cubes showing below with similar information. It's quite straightforward to design and manufacture cubes, and I made them primarily for my convenience. if: e = expected dimension o = observed dimension s = current steps per mm then: (e/o) x s = your new number of steps per mm e will always be the value of the size of cube you are calibrating against. o will always be the actual size of the cube you printed. s will be your current setting for the steps/mm. Printing all three cubes should theoretically yield identical values for the new number of steps/mm, or very close.
