I utilize Meshmixer to isolate the vessels, arteries, and veins. Next, I print them in three distinct colors using a diamond hotend. For slicing, I rely on Simplify3D, incorporating an ooze shield to facilitate smooth color transitions. However, my initial attempts to employ prime pillar with three-color printing proved unsuccessful. The outcome is not yet optimal, prompting me to seek expert advice and ideal settings for achieving seamless color changing in prints.
