3 CIM Ball Shifter

I've designed a custom ball shifter for a WCD project, which took several days of CAD work to complete. It features a VEX Pro ball shifter inside a CNC-machined casing and boasts a high gear speed of 11.8 ft/second and low gear speed of 5.25 ft/second. I plan on adding an encoder mount and increasing the gearbox's top speed to 17 ft/second for high gear and 10.5 ft/second for low gear. This is my first gearbox project, so any suggestions for improvement are welcome as I fill my time while my team takes a summer break.
