3-Cartridge Display for Gameboy and Gameboy Advance
thingiverse
I needed a way to showcase my Pokémon games in trios, reminiscent of their initial releases. So, I designed a simple display that would work seamlessly with Gameboy and Gameboy Advance games. Initially, there was a layer shift in my first print, which might be noticeable in the photos taken. However, this shouldn't be an issue with the file itself. My printer is experiencing some minor problems at the moment. If you do encounter any issues with this print, please let me know so I can assist further. Print Settings: Printer Brand: MakerBot Printer Model: MakerBot Replicator 2X Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: 0.2 Infill: 20% Notes: A resolution of 0.2 should be sufficient if you only want to display your cartridges, as they will fit perfectly. A lower resolution of 0.1 might yield a better finish, but this depends on your printer's capabilities. The infill could potentially be reduced even further since the display's footprint is quite large and won't topple easily, even when it's lightweight. As a display, it shouldn't require excessive structural strength.
