The design of the CNC Engraver Machine with Working Table Dimensions of 400 mm x 240 mm was carried out at the Lhokseumawe State Polytechnic mechanical engineering design lab, which is located at Jl. Banda Aceh-Medan km. 280, Buketrata, Punteut Mosque, Blang Mangat, Lhokseumawe City. The process of designing the construction of a CNC engraving machine (engraver) with working dimensions of 400 mm x 240 mm was carried out for approximately 3 months.The CNC Engraver machine is designed with dimensions: Length 518 mm, Width 500 mm and Height 419 mm for a working area of 400 mm x 240 mm. The CNC Engraver machine is designed with a lead screw actuator that is driven by a stepper motor for each axis.The X-Axis drive unit is designed to drive the Spindle Motor so that the tool blade can move from 0 mm to 400 mm in the X-Axis direction over the work area and the Y-Axis drive unit is designed to drive the Spindle Motor so that the tool blade can move from 0 mm to 240 mm in the Y-Axis direction over the work area.this is the result of my thesis research, if you want more information about material and component weight, you can contact me at.gmail : irhasm2@gmail.cominstagram : @mhdirhaasLinkedin : Muhammad Irhasnice to meet u guysss :D
