A 3-Axis Camera Arm that can be controlled using an Arduino CNC Shield and powered by three NEMA stepper motors. READ EVERYTHING BEFORE COMMITTING TO A BUILD This camera arm can be configured with a variety of motors: - NEMA 17 Direct Drive - NEMA 23 Direct Drive - NEMA 17 4.16:1 Gearing Additional Hardware Needed: - Six 608 size ball bearings, preferably sealed or shielded type - Approximately 300mm of 8mm shaft, cut to 130, 55, and 100mm lengths - A 1/4-20 or 3/8-16 nut, depending on the mount that needs to be printed Fasteners: - Four M5x27mm screws - Four M4x10mm screws - Sixteen M4x20mm screws Additional Hardware For Motor Mounting, Per Motor: NEMA 23 Direct, Tilt and Turn: - Eight M5x27mm Low Profile (3mm or lower head size) screw - Four 3D Printed Standoff (attached, 50mm) NEMA 23 Direct, Pan: - Four M5x27mm Screw NEMA 17 Direct: - Eight M5x27mm Screw - Four 3D Printed Standoff (attached, 50mm) - NEMA 23-17 Adapter Plate (Attached) - An M3x6 screw NEMA 17 Geared: - A 50T Spur Gear - A 12T Pinion Gear - NEMA 17 Geared Plate (attached, covered version if exposed gears are not desired) - An M4 Set Screw <6mm - Four M3x6 screws - Four M5x10 Low Profile Screw - An M4x20 screw - An 8mm ID Split Shim (attached) - Print No Standoff version of Bottom Stepper Mount if using on Pan is desired Printable Components Needed: - Two Shaft Collar Bearingmount - One Bottom Steppermount - Either BottomPlate (sheet drilled) or BottomPlateThick (3D printed) - CameraMountv3 - Two Coupler Part 1 and 2 if using with NEMA 23 - Pan and mount Tilt - Pan Set - Tilt and mount Turn - Tilt set - One of two tripod nut mounts - Turn and mount plate - Turn set Notes: I have not personally built or tested this camera arm.
