3 Alu 10x10x1 profile corner connector for DIY frame

This is a custom corner connector designed to connect three aluminum profile square tubes measuring 10mm x 10mm x 1mm in size. The design has been optimized for smooth covering with acrylic glass, and I've added screw holes on the flat faces to provide secure attachment options. To further enhance the connection process, I've included modified drill templates that enable users to position the tube edge close to the corner wall, resulting in a more efficient assembly experience. In addition to the corner connector, I've also created T-connectors for 10x10mm tubes and 12x12mm tubes, along with corresponding drilling templates. These components are designed to facilitate seamless connections between different sized tubes. The complete design package includes SOLIDworks files for easy integration into existing projects or workflows.
