3/8in Metric Deep Socket Tray

My impact socket set came with a metal socket rail that was useless to me when I wanted to use my sockets directly from my tool chest. This 3D printed tray provides a convenient place for my sockets to sit. The sockets are easily removable and replaceable, making it simple to switch between sizes. Each socket hole has an adjacent label indicating the corresponding size, simplifying the selection process. To add visual interest to the print result, I swapped the filament color near the end, so that the raised text stands out in a different hue. This color swap is easily set up in your slicer software. In PrusaSlicer, setting up the filament color is straightforward; other slicers probably have similar features. My print is made from PETG 1.75mm 3DFillies black and red filaments, with a 0.2mm layer height and 25% infill on a PRUSA I3 MK3S printer. I hope you find this print just as useful as I do.
