3/8" T-nut cap

I wanted a way to make 3D scanning small objects easier. This cap is simply glued to the T-nut with CA glue (super glue.) The T-nut is threaded to a 3/8" bar that's connected to a bearing. With this small cap, I use sticky tape to attach whatever I'm scanning to it. This way I can hand-scan the object and manually rotate it. For really small items, I wrap wire around this base and use the wire to elevate whatever I'm scanning. I also created a couple of different size turntables that attach to this cap. Cap is 23mm across.
