This press fit rod clamp was created for a Thing-O-Matic user who wanted to adjust the Z home limit switch position on its 3/8" linear rod, saving time as they typically print small objects. The clamp simplifies recalibration with ReplicatorG's "Thing O Matic Calibration Script" by allowing a few clicks after moving the limit switch. To install, print and break-in the clamp, unbolt and detach the Z-limit switch, drill holes on the rectangular tab for mounting, fasten the limit switch to the rod clamp with nuts and bolts, reattach the cable, snap the clamp onto the Z axis, slide it into place, and use ReplicatorG's calibration script.
