You will use this collar to exactly center a 3/8" tool shank in a Morse #3 tapered chuck using a 3/8" - 16 draw bar. Drill the back out to 5/16" and then tap in a 3/8"-16 thread. Perfect for light-duty tasks on drill presses or small CNC machines.
