3/8" & 5/16" fuel line adapters
thingiverse
These are fuel line adapters that can be used for connecting a hose to your vehicle's fuel line when using the vehicle's fuel pump to drain/siphon gas from the tank. This is done to drain the gas tank of old fuel, drain a salvaged car without removing the tank or drilling holes in it, or if you need some gas and don't feel like going to the station. These are the only two sizes of fuel line connectors that I am aware of, but if you need a different size, you should be able to adjust the X and Y size in your slicer of choice to match the size you need. I would suggest printing with a filament that will not dissolve in gasoline. I went with PETG, personally. I printed at 100% infill, .15 layer height with a .6 nozzle. Use either a raft or skirt for better bed adhesion. After printing, I placed the adapter in a drill and using a file and sandpaper, I smoothed down the lines as much as possible as it spun in the drill. I have tested both sizes on two different vehicles and did not experience any leaking while in use from either the quick connect port or where the hose connects to the adapter. Buy me a coffee? I'd appreciate it - https://paypal.me/mellowsnus
