3.5mm mono jack and array
thingiverse
Hello!\r\n\r\nThis is a simple audio jack designed specifically for 3.5mm mono plugs with contacts crafted from paperclips.\r\nThe jack comes in two formats: a single unit and a nine-jack array, all integrated into one piece.\r\nTo achieve optimal results, it's highly recommended to use PETG as the printing material, as PLA tends to lose its elasticity over time.\r\n\r\nSimply print out the design, then take two pieces of paperclip wire (0.8 to 1.0mm in diameter) and shape them according to the illustration provided.\r\nNext, assemble the components together carefully.\r\n\r\nIf needed, scale up or down slightly to adjust the fit, ensuring the jack is neither too tight nor too loose.\r\n\r\nYou're free to modify and use the ipt-file for your own creative projects.\r\n\r\nHave fun creating!
