Since there are a lot of contradicting numbers around describing the densitiy of creatine and many semi-precise people telling you "just take a spoon" which is as precise as "take some", i decided to measure it myself and designed this spoon. I use ESN ultrapure creatin monohydrate for my calculation but i don't think other brands make a big difference. My findings: the above described creatine has a density of 0.46g/ml -> 3g = 6.52ml -> 5g = 10.87ml Good luck on your journey!
