https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DBns286NXeo UPDATE: I upload a fresh set of gears, with ratio 2.66 - note that a gear without suffix has a ratio of 3.44 - easy to print and recommended if you don't need to exceed 360 degrees of needle rotation. Generic Gauge for use in panel of GA Flight Simulators. It requires one servo weighing 9 grams, like SG90, and will be connected to the PC with the flight simulator via OpenCockpits Servo Board, an Arduino or similar system. Its design allows a normal 90-degree servo movement to exceed 300 degrees, so depending on the servo and controller you can achieve even more than a complete turn of the needle. You need several 4 M3 screws and nuts to fix the pieces and instrument to the panel. I include three types of bezel and three for gauges, allowing you to create multiple different instruments. There are also "ring" and "separator" elements in case you want to mount behind the panel and use a piece of transparent plastic as glass. For the gauge, depending on the quality of your printer and PLA material, you need to choose one option or another. Also check the instructions for printing in the Print Settings part.
