This mold is designed for molding 3.5 female jack connectors. I use hot glue with a hot glue pistol to make this connector, and I achieve best quality results with a layer thickness of 0.1 mm and nozzle diameter of 0.5 mm. Maybe if you use a 0.05 mm layer thickness, you'll get even better quality. Before pouring in the hot glue, it's essential to lubricate the mold with motor oil or Vaseline.
