This mold for molding 3.5 jack connectors resembles the letter "Г". I use hot glue guns to create this connector and achieve the best quality with a layer thickness of 0.1 mm and nozzle diameter of 0.5 mm. Using a 0.05 mm layer thickness may result in even better quality. Before pouring hot glue into the mold, lubricate it with motor oil or Vaseline. After the glue has been poured, wait 30 minutes before opening the mold. If you'd like to support me, one way to show appreciation is by sending a dollar (or more).
