I added headlights to my Troybilt snowblower and thought lights shining down where I'm walking would be helpful. I created this 90 degree bracket to hold "Ricoy 3/4" Round LED Underbody Rock Front Rear Side Marker Indicators Light Waterproof 12V for Car Truck Trailler ATV Boat Light, Pack of 10 (white)" (purchased from Amazon). The holes should line up with a hole on each side of the metal frame near the crossbar allowing for a rivet (the piece should be big enough to reach both the top and bottom lips of the bar so only one fastener is necessary, but two are provided for symmetry or mounting to other spots.
