This is a PPC (Pixel Pipe Clip) spacer tool that will help you accurately space out the locking pin PPCs you have mounted to a PVC pipe for Christmas Lights. This was designed for 3/4" schedule 40 PVC pipe. This was designed to use a 3mm drill bit. The locking pin is 3mm in diameter and 1mm thick. Other designs are available and are listed below.
