3/4 PVC Pool Noodle Sword Hardware

Here we have a hilt and pommel that you can combine with a pool noodle and length of 3/4" PVC to make play swords! Using PVC for the handle lets you support the inside as long as you'd like, plus cuts down on the amount of filament you use. Should be real easy to get your hands on a 2' pre-cut section! And this also assumes you find pool noodles with an inner diameter of 1" - it's a pretty tight fit right on the PVC (OD 1.05"), no mechanical fasteners needed. You will probably want to superglue these pieces in place - these are 27mm ID (1.06") [anything smaller (even 26.8mm) ended up being a VERY difficult friction fit; not fun to get it into position and likely to break if you try].
