3/4" PVC Drill Press Jig

A drill press jig for 3/4" PVC pipe. This jig was designed so I could drill holes in PVC pipe which will hold RGB Bullet Pixels. The jig contains four bore holes to mount the jig to wood (diameter of screw would be about 4mm, see image for exact dimensions) . The wood can then be clamped to your drill press plate using grips. The jig contains a 20mm hole for the drill (bullet pixel diameter is 13.2, this provides more than enough room). The Jig also contains a notch guide, exactly 3" from the center of the drill hole. This is the ideal spacing for bullet pixels. If you want a different length, you can notch out a spot with a knife or use a marker. Tip: I attached the jig to the right side a long board. I then marked on the board 3" from the hole as well. This helped me when I ran out of room pushing the pipe to the right.
