3/4" PEX tubing hanger / clamp
thingiverse
I installed some 3/4" PEX-a tubing for a new basement bathroom and wet bar. I wanted an easy way to identify the hot and cold water lines while using white Pex and keep the tubes nice and parallel. Yeah, I could have just written "Hot" and "Cold" on the tubes and used hangers from the big box store, but where's the fun in that? Two clamp designs included. One has a more open clamp design for use when printed with rigid filaments like PLA that don't flex as much to snap over the pipe. The more closed clamp design can be used slightly more flexible filaments like PETG. For each of the clamp designs, one has "H" and "C" to identify Hot and Cold and the other does not. Both designs isolate the PEX tubing from framing and include nubs (technical term) to help keep the pipes silent as they expand and contract. Use a #9 construction or sheetrock screw to fasten it to a stud or floor joist as I have done in my pics.
