This is a 3/4" schedule 40 PVC drilling guide for LED Pixels (Christmas/Holiday Lights). The hardware is designed for use with Kreg Pocket hole screws (mainly for ease of finding a consistent screw across the globe). There is also a 1" and 1/2" guide on my profile. The STL is available, but if you want to play with the tolerances, the Fusion 360 file is included as well. I have updated the files to include a tolerance selection on the alignment pin. It goes from "+" to "standard" to "-", decreasing by .005" each time.
