I wasn't happy with how the hinges functioned on my LACK table case, so I replaced them with standard hardware hinges and added a small block to conceal them. To secure the edges, I applied Gorilla brand double-sided tape. Be aware that you may need to smooth out the inner edges slightly because they might rub against each other and prevent the lid from opening fully. Unfortunately, I encountered difficulty getting the fillet to work on that edge in CAD software.
