3/4" EMT conduit circular saw guide
thingiverse
This is a guide designed specifically for cutting 3/4" EMT conduit using a circular saw. A hose clamp secures the guide firmly in place on the conduit, while the large flat shoulder provides a clear path for running the saw along. The unique design of this guide allows it to cut 90-degrees perfectly in line with the length of the conduit, making it easier than ever to achieve a straight cut. You can also utilize your saw's miter setting and tilt the blade away from the short edge without interfering with the guide. To use this part effectively, simply align the end of the flat section with your designated cut mark, taking into account the width of the blade. The dimensions for this design were derived from a Ridgid brushless circular saw, so you may need to adjust the edge-to-blade distance accordingly and trim down the flat portion if necessary. If you require any dimensional changes, feel free to comment below - it won't take long for me to update the file and add it here for your convenience.
