3/4" conduit cutting jig
thingiverse
Building the MPCNC (http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:724999), I needed a jig to make cutting my 3/4" conduit easier and faster than using a pipe cutter. So I designed and printed this jig. It worked well with my reciprocating saw, temporarily attached to my wooden deck. If you find this useful, please show your appreciation with a tip. Print Settings: Printer: i300Pro Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: 0.26mm Infill: 15% Notes: 3 shells. I printed with MakerGeeks' higher temp/dishwasher-safe PLA. I recommend printing two of each piece. The smaller part is a support to keep the conduit level. Initially, I thought I could mount it to a 2x4, but my wooden deck worked in a pinch. The photos show the first version, and since then, I made some improvements to make it more robust.
