**Experimental** This adapter is extremely restrictive when it comes to airflow, so use with great caution. The reduction from 336mm^2 to just 3.02mm^2 means you can expect a significant amount of back pressure buildup. If you're looking for a way to attach a tusk-style printing part fan to a standard 40mm blower fan, this adapter might be worth considering. **UPDATE:** Testing has shown that it doesn't perform as well as I had hoped. Blower fans like this one have very little resistance to back pressure and therefore don't push air in the intended direction. However, if you modify the fan housing to match the airflow requirements, this adapter might work. Otherwise, a positive displacement pump is likely your best bet.
