DeLex's design per the link below is a better design, and I have since switched to it. This information is being left up for anyone who may be interested. http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1949142 I purchased a 3/16 inch sheet of glass and experienced difficulty keeping it securely in place using other clips. The problem with those clips was that they required removal of the hex nut, making them cumbersome to use. This clip is different because it allows for secure attachment with just a wingnut, which can be easily removed. I replaced the original M3 screw with an M4 screw from the extra parts bag that came with my printer. The new screw is probably identical to the one used on bed leveling springs. As luck would have it, the aluminum plate still fit the head of the screw flush, allowing the glass to remain flat. Feel free to modify this design on thingiverse if you find any issues. Making adjustments to the height of the gap to accommodate different printer thicknesses is straightforward in my model: https://www.tinkercad.com/things/k8rtqyWDlry-316-flash-forge-glass-bed-clip/ The following link leads to the 9x6 inch Borosilicate glass that I purchased: http://www.mcmaster.com/#8476k74/=ytj4ft I made an update to version V2 by adding two millimeters on top of the design, which helps keep the plate securely in place. Print Settings: Printer Brand: PowerSpec Printer: PowerSpec 3D Pro Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: .2 Infill: 15% Notes: PLA (if possible, it would be a better choice to print in ABS) at 220C. The bed temperature should be set to 60C.
