Summary An adapter lets you attach your 65mm spindle to a 3.5 inch router mount (Bosch, Makita DeWalt, Ryobi, Draper). The skirt is part of the STL file for better adhesion and less warping. You'll need 3x 45mm M3 cap head screws to tighten it. The adapter stands 80mm tall. PLA material works well with a 2mm perimeter and around 30% infill, resulting in a light and strong print. Printing at 0.2mm layer height gives you 3 skirt layers (it's 0.6mm). The skirt should snap off easily when you're done. Print 5-10 degrees hotter than usual to maximize inter-layer adhesion, as tightening the screws puts a lot of stress on the layers. The skirt is 0.6mm and adds to the overall height so it's not a raft.
