Thanks to the Elegoo Mars STL printer (buy one, buy one now) I'm getting to go a little more intricate than on previous occasions. The first of these is an update to one of my oldest designs; the Wobbly Cat Ball Basically it's a ball for your little furball to play with, but with a twist; it has a solid ball inside it, mounted off-centre, so when it rolls it won't roll in a straight line. My new kitten, Shelby, loves it, to the point I've had to print loads in several different colours just to keep her occupied. Bless her... The ball is printed in two halves for ease of support-removal. I do still recommend lightly sanding the outside of the ball once it's assembled, just to make sure there's no remaining little bumps which will stop it rolling properly. In any case, treat your puss today! Note: This ball is NOT suitable for dogs, as they'll chew it and there's a chance it could shatter and get lodged in gums, throat etc. Moggy-exclusive, I'm afraid.
