The Pronghorn, a lightly-armoured, lightly-armed vehicle which is pivotal in the planning and execution of battle plans. The Pronghorn was designed with a unique suspension-cage layout which grants a great deal of stability to the crew compartment at high speeds over the roughest terrain. The commander’s cupola offers a good view of the surrounding terrain, which can be reported to headquarters using an advanced radio system which uses the suspension-cage itself as a long-range antenna. The compact (some would say cramped) layout of the Pronghorn has space for three crew: a driver in the front; a commander in the top-mid; and gunner in the rear “bucket” equipped with a Brno light machine gun. Two crew variants are supplied with this vehicle - a gunner and commander, and a Sikh alternative, inspired by the Indian Sikh soldiers who fought for the Commonwealth in WW2. One Wheel STL is supplied, but you will need to print four of these in total for the final vehicle. These STL files are scaled to 35mm (1:52) but can be scaled to 28mm by simply resizing the models in your slicing software to 80% of their original size. This model, the Pronghorn Scout Car, has been designed for the Astrabellum tabletop strategy game, but is suitable for use with any WW2, modern or sci-fi game, or just as collectibles!
