3.00 x 1.925 Drift Sleeve 002 for Traxxas Rustler 2x4 and 4x4 Trucks

Here is a drift sleeve for the rims my son and I designed for our Traxxas Rustlers. The original 3.00 x 1.925 rim we designed for off-road use can be found here, while additional rims we've created are available here. We'll need to locate the model for the "Swirl Rim" shown in these pics. We print these sleeves in TPU with four perimeters and six layers on top and bottom using a triangle infill pattern because it seems gyroid infill doesn't always play well with TPU. To attach the sleeves to the rims, we use thick superglue. We apply a bead of glue about 1/4" down between the rim and sleeve on each side, covering most of the bonding surface. We then squeeze out any excess glue by inserting the tapered tip of the bottle into the gap and running it around, ensuring the rim and sleeve are properly aligned before wiping off any remaining glue with a paper towel.
