This design came about because our kids started using the ensuite over the main bathroom. Four electric toothbrushes lined up on a small shelf were a daily sight. Clumsiness struck when they tried to put their brushes back, and before long, all four were knocked off the shelf in a domino effect. My own brush ended up in the toilet, leaving no doubt about the need for a holder. As it turns out, finding toothbrush holders that can accommodate Braun electric toothbrush bodies is a challenge. Most are too small to fit the brush heads, which have 35mm diameter holes on top and half-open ones in the middle for easy cleaning. I'm pleased to say this design looks great, and its ease of cleaning was exactly what I had in mind. The material used was 6mm Acrylic, a sturdy choice that fits the needs of the project.
