This is a 2 part mount to hold tiki torches. I designed it specifically to work with the old Home Depot bucket, concrete, and 2x4 deadlift stand special, but the Top part can slip over any 2x4, with a countersunk mounting hole that takes a #8 screw. The little hooks on the sides of the Top piece can be used to hang a lighter. The Bottom part can be placed further down to prevent pivoting, OR you can print the "bottom" twice and surface mount anywhere. Enjoy!
