Picture For comparison, a Wago 221-2502 (2 wires) is 18x100x6.5mm (height plus clamp) and such a design scaled up to 4 wires would need 10mL of resin incl. the mandatory support (a bit more than this FDM suitable version). Additionally, must be printed on a SLA printer (resin/resin) due to the complexity/detail size. In handling, the SLA variant would be similar, except that a tool is needed to change the clamps (e.g. screwdriver). Since the disadvantages/effort of SLA 3D printing exceed the possible advantages of a design based on the original, there is only the FDM compatible variant. If such a design is desired, use two Wago 221-2502, which are glued/welded or screwed via the two holes in the middle. Additionally, cut off the strain relief on one of them and enlarge it a bit on the other one so that the wires fit through. Installation: Push in Wago 221-2411 one after the other. Connect the wires Establish strain relief with cable ties Replacing a lever terminal due to a defect (e.g. broken lever): Remove strain relief Remove wires from the terminal (if possible) Move through connector out From here like installation.
