A compact LED mount designed for MGN9 rails, featuring four SMD5730 white LEDs. The provided Gerber files are ready for CNC fabrication of both led and mosfet boards. A reflective case is also included, available in left and right versions. Total brightness reaches 1200 LUX at a distance of 10cm between the lights. This design accommodates a 14V power supply. To adapt to lower voltage requirements, add 4 Ohm resistors (2 pieces, 1W each) to the mosfet board for 12V systems or 220 Ohm resistors for 24V systems. For cutting lightboards, use a 1mm corn endmill. Suitable for ZAV mini applications.
