The scaled version of the Ultimate Sphere Gear's core requires 8x 21-tooth c gears and 12x 27-tooth a gears with or without spinning detent. Additionally, 12x plug b pieces and 32x M6x30mm long, flat head screws are necessary for assembly. Print all parts in PLA with 1.2mm shell thickness and 15% rectangular infills, ensuring optimal first layer and retract settings to avoid cleaning flash or blobs. If the gear engagement is too tight, consider enlarging the core by 1% or using shim washers for clearance.
