This is a Double 2x 50mm Blower Fan Adapter, Mounting to a 40mm Fan Mount. It's the "Side By Side" Version. I've printed it without any problems. V1.2 hasn't been tested yet, but it has a slightly bigger gap (which might work better than the original). Recommendations: Print flat on the heatbed. Use 3 or 4 perimeters. Infill at 0-15% (it's not really necessary). Apply a 3 or 4mm brim to prevent warping of the "arms". Don't use a raft. Supports aren't needed, but they can help with bolt holes. Use filament to make a rivet instead of screws; space between the two halves needs to be about 2mm bigger to fit two nuts (untested improvements in V1.2 might fix this, so try it out). Apply super glue or E-6000 on the base of the fan if bolts/rivets aren't secure enough; the less you use, the more removable it will be if needed. Note: The gaps shown in the display image are not visible in Slic3r and don't show up in a print.
