2X 2" HK speaker design
thingiverse
This is a simple and easy to print loudspeaker that uses the Harman Kardon 2" full-range drivers that can be found online for not much money. it is printed in 2 halves, that connect together with 2.5mm wooden dowels (sticks from long cotton buds work well) you can either glue the edges with RTV or you can use double sided tape. the speaker box does need some fluff inside, some wool of whatever sort can be added to the room behind the speaker, fill it loosely so you do not block the canal inside. once assembled you can choose to connect the speakers in parallel or in series to get 8 or 2 ohms impedance, parallel is better, but then you need a class-D amp that can handle low impedance loads. (TPA3128 is recommended) Sound quality is excellent for it's size, it's really surprisingly good for 2X 2" very clean and balanced sound and a fair amount of bass for it's size.
