The tip system is broken. Send me a direct PayPal payment if you feel inclined (googelyboogely@gmail.com). I designed these in inches. If you're working with mm, the files might upload as teenytiny 3.5mm shapes. Resize the scale to inches or resize so that the inside area of the sleeves of the hubs will fit the true size of a 1x2 - which is 3/4 inch x 1.5 inch. Or, Scale it up in Cura 26 times. That will give you the correct inner sleeve dimensions. For the door, print the two door pieces, fit the top coupler into the top part of a penta and then use the three-sided piece (door top) with a strut as long as you want the door to extend out by. Build around that - see the Chicken Coop photo. The lengths of the struts are variable depending on how far out you want the door to extend. INSTRUCTIONS FOR CHEAPEST, EASIEST DOME: Size: approx 14ft wide, 7ft tall, 140sq feet Print the following: 10 Hexa hubs 6 Penta hubs 5 BBAB hubs 5 BABB hubs 8ft long 1x2 furring strips are what I used. They need to be mostly straight, no cracks. Link: http://www.homedepot.com/p/1-in-x-2-in-x-8-ft-Furring-Strip-Board-160954/100009348 Cut the wood to 4ft 3in. Those are your "B" struts. The left over cuts, 3ft 9in, are the "A" Struts. Assemble according to the diagram using small wood screws 1" to 3/4" work fine. Hexa hubs are marked with A and B sides. Penta hubs are all "A" sided, so are not marked. BBAB & BABB pieces are the foundation pieces - that's what you lay out first when you're putting it together. When laying out the bottom row, foundation pieces, alternate between BBAB and BABB pieces for the correct layout. Look at the assembly diagram closely and it will make sense. FOR THE LOVE OF PETE SCREW THE PIECES IN AS YOU BUILD. You can't just pressure fit them in and connect the next piece. Strut goes in hole. Screw goes in strut. NEXT. If you don't do this, your life will be pain and anguish. Chaos will reign. If you want to make a certain sized dome, use this AWESOME calculator to figure out what size your struts need to be, and how much cover material you'll need! http://www.domerama.com/calculators/2v-geodesic-dome-calculator/ PLEASE POST PICTURES! GIVE DOMES TO FRIENDS! MAKE HOMELESS SHELTERS! MAKE GREEN HOUSES! YAY LOVE! If you want to print and sell these, please contact me googelyboogely@gmail.com to join my 3D printing Co-Op. I will release a special license to you that will allow you to sell two dome kits for every one kit you provide to the community for its benefit. We will be stockpiling these to provide shelter for people in times of disaster or misfortune, https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nFuhDd6mRw4&feature=youtu.be
