2V Geodesic Dome Additions

This is a set of enhancements for the incredible [2V Geodesic Dome](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2483498) designed by [Tara Flannery](https://www.thingiverse.com/Tara_Flannery). This allows you to add a window, a door and a base fence to elevate the dome. ## Fence/Base You will need 2x4 pieces of wood for the posts (1x4 might be sufficient too) and 1x4 pieces for the horizontal connecting beams. Use the joint to achieve the precise angle between the base's pieces, and the hole guide to pre-drill holes in the correct spots (middle hole for the post/joint middle screw, side holes for the horizontal beams to screw onto the joint, the protruding bit is for placing holes on the vertical beam higher/4in from the ground). ## Window Joint Print 3 of these and connect 3 B struts to form a window frame. Attach hinges, as described below. ## Door On top of the two connectors provided in the original design, print 2 of the door frame joints to connect the shoulders. For the doors themselves, you can use the "door angle" to cut the pieces and then screw them together. Use the hinges (see below), to attach the doors to the door frame. ## Hinge Print an inner piece and an outer piece for each hinge, to be used for the window or the door. The 2 pieces of the hinge are then connected with standard shaft hex socket screws used in inline skate wheels.
