This Customized Drill Press Handle was designed by someone on http://www.thingiverse.com. The original model, #91035, can be modified using the Thingiverse Customizer at http://www.thingiverse.com/apps/customizer/run?thing_id=91035. Modifying the drill press handle involves setting a few parameters: - The resolution is 72 dots per inch. - The drill bit length is twenty units long. - The diameter of the drill bit, measured in drill bits, is eight diameters. - The nut diameter on each set screw is five point five diameters across its thickness. - The number of holes, called traps, on each handle for the screws to rest in is two traps deep. - Each nut has a specific thickness; in this case it is three units high. - The main drill press bit measures eight dots per diameter, so if there were ten dots around the entire bit we could accurately call the bit 10/8 or simply '8/8'. The set screws are 3 dot across on their flat surfaces and a little less then five over in overall length, this includes being one full nut thickness at it smallest diameter and still resting into a trap with an added depth equal to that of two standard threads on most screw threads.
