For maximum strength of a print, especially for a thread, it MUST be printed horizontally, not vertically. Stacking layers like pancakes creates weak joints. Laying flat with layers parallel to the force direction increases strength dramatically. I recommend printing at least 3 shells and slowing down the print speed to maintain shape. It should screw in just like the original but be much stronger. Print the handle horizontally, as twisting force is concentrated in the thread, not the handle. Glue the tab of the screw into the handle. There's a built-in .25mm tolerance, so it should fit snugly; sand if necessary.
