I've made some significant changes to my original 2in Wheel design (http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:118296). One major improvement is that you no longer need to space the wheel out from the strut, making it easier to print and assemble. Additional updates include the inclusion of a wheel pant on both the left and right sides of the design.
