The options used during creation include small pane size, horizontal picture orientation, 0.2 layer height, 10 text size, a hole with 'yes' inclusion, square picture shape, no text reversal and specific lines of text (1-5), a hole diameter of 10mm, an image file named "lithopane_new20140418-1141-1jcj81n-0.dat", zero vertical text position, and 12 layers.
