2GT Belt Clip for 3D Printers
thingiverse
Designed to fit the 2GT belts that are common on many 3D printers. If you have ever over-tightened a belt on your 3D printer you will be familiar with the metal clips on the end of those belts slipping off. I made this to replace those clips. Just print & fold over the end of the belt and run a small zip-tie/cable tie through the holes on the sides. I wanted to stop buying the custom sized replacement belts and picked up a 10 meter long 2GT belt and can now just cut that to size and ziptie these to each end to replace any length belt that breaks from overtightening/general wear.
