Headlight Cap for a 2cv or 2cv Kitcar: A Versatile Design There are three versions available: * A compact design * A large version featuring a full circle with an integrated test ring (STL file included) * A large version with custom text Before printing, it's essential to create the test ring and ensure a proper fit. This will allow you to make any necessary scaling adjustments on your 3D printer. My own experience showed that some printers may require a 1.01 scaling adjustment to achieve an optimal fit. To install the headlight cap, remove the section where the glass clamp is located using a grinder. Once the cap fits snugly, apply a black sealant to secure it in place on the glass surface.
