This is a simple 18650 charge pack I built.\nI had purchased some boost USB modules which turned out to be pretty rubbish at charging my phone. I had some buck converter (step down) modules that could take the higher voltage of two 18650 batteries and bring it down to 5V for USB. THIS IS A HACK!, There is nothing stopping the voltage in the batteries from dropping below its recommended amount.\nThere's a space between the cells to fit your electronics. I used copper tape (slug tape) to make contacts either side of the batteries and soldered my wires to them. My one can't charge the batteries, but if you find a good boost converter (step up module) and a LiPo charger, you can wire the batteries in parallel and create a power bank. I have to remove my batteries and charge them separately in an 18650 charger.\nThe case parts are done with 0 infill, and if it finishes with a sealed top, you'll need to cut it off with a Stanley knife. I did it on low resolution and it looks fine.\nBecause there's symmetry on the bottom case, I utilized this to create a switch mechanism. Using an off-centered bit of copper tape inside the bottom case, it would make a circuit only on one rotation.\nAlso, although it might be a little messy, I found that a heated craft knife can be used to cut a hole for the USB port. BE CAREFUL!\nI am not responsible for any injury or damage to your devices, etc. You do everything at your own risk, and make sure you are confident in the skills required before attempting to build this.
