2A SSR module box ================ This compact enclosure is designed specifically for small 2A SSR modules with screw terminals, commonly found on eBay and used in conjunction with Arduinos and Raspberry Pi. Refer to the attached photo for a clear visual of the module you're working with. I utilize two of these SSRs to control power to my Creality Ender 3D printers through the PSU control plugin for Octoprint. Before connecting, I carefully strip the cable sheath and isolate just the live connection to the SSR. The screw holes in this enclosure are precision-cut to accommodate ~3mm drive screws often used in PCs, which I had available in my spare parts box. To assemble, secure the module to the base using two screws, then add another two to fasten the lid into place. A channel for the cable is integrated, sized to snugly fit a typical IEC mains lead and provides a gentle grip. If your cable is narrower, a small amount of adhesive may be necessary for a secure fit. The vent holes at the top serve dual purposes: ventilation and allowing visibility of the status LED. However, these features are likely unnecessary. For those who prefer a sleeker design, print the 'without holes' version instead.
